The Youth Athletic Development Program is designed to enhance your son or daughter’s athletic ability specific to the sport they play.
We know that every parent wants their child to be more powerful and explosive, but in order to do so they first need to have a solid foundation of proper movement efficiency, landing mechanics, and strength. Failure to ensure these foundational elements are met greatly increases the likelihood of injury.
Every athlete needs something different, so we start every program with a thorough assessment that looks at their biometrics, movement ability, and performance capacity. We then design their program based on the needs that are the most apparent.
