MEMBERSHIP
CHANGE POLICIES
In order to better serve you, the following policies are in effect for all membership changes (cancellation, downgrades, and holds).
1. ALL CHANGES: You are required to give a 21-day notice prior to your next bill date.
2. HOLDS: You can place your membership on hold for 30 days at a time. You can renew your hold up to two times (3 months total). If you choose to cancel while your membership is on hold, the 21-day notice still applies.
3. DISCOUNTS: Any discounts that you received will be forfeited when you modify your membership in any way (other than a hold)
4. By completing the form you acknowledge your compliance with the above stated policies.
