Our specialty programs are the Special Forces of fitness.  When you are ready for a challenge unlike any you have taken on before, sign-up for one of our unique programs designed to push you to the next level. 

BARBELL STRENGTH

Learn the proper techniques for the three big lifts.  This progressive program will have you deadlifting a car, squatting your partner, and pressing all the weights.

OCR PREP

Completing an obstacle course race is a daunting task.  Give yourself the best chance for success by preparing in our OCR PREP program.  Climb ropes, jump over walls, and run your butt off!

Saturdays @ 7 am

KETTLEBELL

Learn how this simple tool can change your perspective on training.  The kettlebell creates strength in a way that is unlike traditional weightlifting.  Build your overall strength, enhance your core, and change your physique.

YOGA

The ancient practice of yoga is proven to increase strength and flexibility.  We use it as an amazing tool to speed up recovery.
