Prioritize whole foods; organic whenever possible
Eat protein, fruits and veggies, and healthy fats
Take a multi-vitamin and Omega-3
Squat, hinge, lunge, pull, push and carry in all planes of motion
Perform cardio in varying intensities
Find ways to increase daily activity
Maximize sleep; minimize stress
Get 10 minutes of sun exposure
Listen to your body; if you need to rest, then rest
