Aerobic Conditioning

Aerobic Conditioning Invictus Style
Mobility and Core for 10 min

A. 20 Single Leg Dead Lifts each side
B. 20 Star grabbers (from push up position, rotate to a side plank)
C. 1 min jump rope or Jumping Jacks
D. 2 laps around building / Airdyne/ 5 min rower
Rest for 3 min stretch during rest
Repeat 4x
