Compound movement blocks
Block 1: Coaches choice for reps and or timing
Step up into reverse lunge per side
Lateral to front raise (lift weights up to side, keeping them up, move them foward and lower from front position. Repeat in reverse Lift to front, move to lateral then down.)
Sit up with ball pull over. Place ball overhead, keeping angle at elbow pull ball to chest and do full sit up.

Block 2:
Lateral lunge to curl
Sumo squat with front ball raise
Plank Rotations Side to side

Single leg squat off box
Alternating arm bent over rows heavy
Slow roll down ab sit ups… UP FAST DOWN to 5 count controlling speed
