Block 1:
Dumbbell Shoulder Fly
Curtsy Lunges
Half Turkish Get Up

Block 2.
Arm Haulers (superman arms swing down to hips and back up)
squat to side leg lift (Each Side)
Jack knife alt side

Block 3:
Mountain climber combo Knees straight up middle, then knees to the outside elbow then knees cross over
Laying down tricep extensions
Heavy Bench Squats
