Single Arm Curl to press (advanced, balancing on one foot)
Single Leg straight leg deadlifts (modification, straight leg deadlifts, double reps)Block 2:
Renegade Rows
Hip Bridges single leg (each side)

Block 3:
Straight arm rainbows (lighter weight rotate the weight over head from hip to hip)
Sumo Squats
Reverse lunges
