We understand that you wont always be able to come to the studio, so we wanted to start posting workouts you can do at home with limited equipment. This is the first of many videos. Look for it every Friday!
5 min jump rope or 30 sec jog in place, fake jump rope, high knees and butt kickers, alternating exercises for 4 minutes
15 min workout. 25 reps of each of the following 4 exercises. Continue repeating for a total of 15 minutes.
- Box squats with or without weight
- Bent over rows
- Curtsy Lunges
- Chest Press and Tricep press Combo.
